Owned by The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, New York Stewart International Airport is at the intersection of I-87 and I-84, covering 2,400 acres. A terminal expansion will separate domestic and international travel, adding space for customs. The airport has two major runways and handles diverse cargo, with daily flights from FedEx and UPS.
Orange County Airport meets the current and future corporate business and the general aviation needs of the county. The airport, located in Town of Montgomery, covers an area of 528 acres which contains two asphalt paved runways. The airport's location makes it a popular place to store private aircraft.

NY-17 (future I-86) is an east-west state highway that dissects the county from its Rockland County to Sullivan County borders.
Interstate 84 extends from the Scranton area of Pennsylvania, through Orange County, to the Massachusetts Turnpike which crosses the state.
Interstate I-87, the New York State Thruway, is the longest intrastate/interstate highway in the Interstate Highway System. To the south, it originates in the Bronx, NY and ends in the north at the Canadian border.
Both I-84 and I-87 are accessible to Stewart International Airport and serve the 26 corporate parks developing business in Orange County.
Norfolk Southern Railway operates approximately 21,000 route miles in 22 states and the District of Columbia. The railway serves all major eastern container ports and connects with rail partners in the west, linking customers to markets around the world. Middletown & New Jersey Railroad operates 43 route miles in Orange County, maintains several trainload facilities and is an interchange partner with Norfolk Southern Railway. CSX serves nearly two-thirds of America's population through a network spanning 23 states.
All three of these Orange County rail services are strategically located near Routes I-84, I-86 and Stewart International Airport. Several shovel-ready industrial sites are located near the rails, promoting business development around their interchanges.
