Orange County in New York's scenic Hudson Valley, a National Heritage Area, is just 50 miles north of New York City. Known for its picturesque farms and rolling hills, the county also contains a sophisticated set of internationally known destinations that offer visitors a wide range of activities in every season. The landscape was painted repeatedly in the 1800's by artists of the Hudson River School, and that beauty remains today.

♦ Historic sites that include the recently restored Fort Montgomery, and National Purple Heart Museum.
♦ Four wineries, including one that makes the only fruit brandies in the state of New York.
♦ Woodbury Common Premium Outlets, largest discount designer mall in the U.S. Shopping is further enhanced by Sugar Loaf Craft Village, and over 100 antiques stores.
